• Eleanor with Marathon Day Flow — 8:30am

A good window to move before heading out to support along the route.

We’re loving seeing so many new faces coming into our Reformer classes!

If it’s your first time, we’d recommend starting with an Essentials class — a space to get familiar with the beds, the movements, and how everything works.

Let your teacher know when you arrive at the Check-in desk and they’ll talk you through everything at the start of class, so you can settle in feeling comfortable.

With Reformer classes running seven days a week, there’s space to begin your journey here.

PHONE-FREE PRACTICE SPACES

We keep both our mat spaces and reformer studio upstairs phone-free — this is a core part of our studio ethos, creating a space where you can properly switch off and step away from the noise for a little while.

Before class, please pop your phone on silent and leave it in the lockers. If a phone is brought into the practice space, you will be asked to remove it.

If you rely on your phone for medical monitoring, please let your teacher know before class so we can accommodate you.

Our aim is always to give you that space to step away — from your phone, your day, and everything outside — and fully arrive into your practice.

A gentle reminder that our doors open 15–20 minutes before class (and 10 minutes before for reformer) — giving you time to arrive, settle in, and ease into the space.

Our classes start promptly, so if you arrive late, please note that the teacher won’t be able to hear the buzzer once class has started, and unfortunately, they can’t leave the room to let you in.
