I have returned to Northern Ireland after gaining 10 years of experience in America. I believe 'foundational eating' approaches and lifestyle changes are the key to 'better health'. I am an experienced clinical practitioner, specialising in chronic disease management, blood sugar regulation and digestive health concerns.

I will always work alongside your general practitioner as integrated and complimentary services are what I provide.

I am a trained workshop leader for several community education programs including chronic disease/pain self-management classes (written by Stanford).
