My brilliantly talented sister Dawn M. Gelston has just published her first children's novel, Felicity Flipflops - a great story of adventure, friendship and well-being for children aged 8-12 years old.

It has been available in Ireland and the UK for a few days and is now available in Dubai and worldwide. The book has already reached the number two and number four bestseller spots in categories for Girls & Women and Friendship. I couldn't be more delighted for her.

Dawn is a Teacher here in the UAE and is looking forward to visiting different schools here and at home to share the story of Felicity.

Check out Felicity Flipflops on Amazon. The link is on my story. Congrats again, Dawn. 🎉📚🎈

After a great couple of weeks at home in Ireland for Christmas, it's back to Dubai for me tomorrow ✈

I haven't been very active on social media lately as the clinic has been pretty busy and I decided to just switch off for the Christmas break, but hoping to make more of an appearance in 2022.

Wishing you all a healthy and happy year ahead! 🎉

To the students who received their exam results today...

If you got the results you were hoping for, congratulations. Be proud, celebrate your achievements and be grateful to those who supported you along the way.

If you did not get the results you needed or hoped for, there are always other options available - talk to your teachers and parents. If you still wish to pursue your original plan but don't have the grades yet, it's likely to be 'not now' rather than 'never'.

Irrespective of your grades, keep in mind that there are so many other things in life more important than exams and grades. Exam results, whilst important, are merely a tiny facet of your life in the grand scheme of things. Also remember that there are numerous factors aside from revision that determine how well someone performs in exams.

Exam results do not define you, do not reflect your character and do not represent how friendly, respectful, helpful, social or successful you are and can be in the future 🌍
