About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Supported Living Service, ensuring the highest quality of care for individuals with learning disabilities, and complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference while growing your career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in health & social care (supported living setting)
✔ At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory/management role within supported living
✔ Strong knowledge of Supported Living regulations and RQIA requirements
✔ Proven experience in leading inspections with regulatory bodies
✔ Ability to work collaboratively with teams, external agencies, and stakeholders
🚘 Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
