Give your child the opportunity to 'stress less' at Physioworks NI (Gilnahirk Road,, Belfast) 💛

All classes include simple yoga flows, breathing and relaxation techniques, to provide the skills to reset, regulate emotions and control stress and anxiety (with a focus on school and exams).

Welcome to Snail's Pace Yoga!

Yoga classes for little people - giving children the tools to 'come out of their shell' and the opportunity to take some time at their own pace.

Classes incorporate storytelling, play, and movement through yoga poses, sequences, and games, allowing your child to learn key skills, develop strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, concentration, and confidence in a safe, stimulating, non-competitive, inclusive environment.
Breathing and relaxation techniques, included in every class, can provide children with the skills to reset, regulate emotions and
control stress and anxiety.

Small class sizes (8 max) encourage positive interaction, self-expression, and creativity.

CLASSES BEGINNING: MONDAY 8TH AUGUST, 2022

DAY AND TIME:
Monday: 4.00-5.00 : Ages 4-6
Wednesday: 4.00-5.00 : Ages 7-9
Sunday: 9.00-10.00 : Ages 4-6
