Extern Crisis Intervention Team and SAFE Project attended the Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes: Coercive Control Workshop at Ulster University’s Coleraine Campus.

The session provided valuable insight into recognising the signs of coercive control and understanding its impact. It also gave us the opportunity to learn, share experiences, and strengthen how we support individuals and families within our community.

A lovely, creative lino printing workshop yesterday. We experimented with gel plates, new lino designs and let the ideas flow. Such a relaxing and inspiring way to spend time.

Last night we hosted a Pop-Up Café for International Women’s Day. It was facilitated by two amazingly creative sisters — one who uses eyeshadow for eyes, and the other who uses it to colour beautiful paper flowers!

And of course, Michelle – the best paper flower maker 😉❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this together, especially make-up artist Jenn Bowman, who shared lots of brilliant hints and tips.

It was a lovely evening celebrating creativity, confidence, and the beauty that women bring to the world.
