Like everyone else I've been feeling so many emotions over the last few weeks as we watch this gut wrenching genocide play out through our screens. We are not built to witness such brutal atrocities never mind endure them.

Our hearts ache for the People of Palestine 💔

We are all feeling this in our bodies, I know we are. It's that punch in the stomach you get when you pick up your phone to see the latest horror that's waiting on you. It's the lump in your throat when you see another broken mother cradling the body of her precious child. It's the loss of breath you get when you learn of another entire family wiped out in the blink of an eye. It's the uncontrollable tears that take over when you see your own family and friends in all of their faces. It's the rush of blood you get when the anger takes over at the sheer inhumanity of all of it.

The blatant disregard for sacred human lives.

All of these emotions are here to guide us, they're calling us into action. Don't leave them stuck in the body. Do something with them. Not only will it help the people of Palestine but it will help you too.

The protest today gave me hope in my heart when last night I felt like I was drowning in hopelessness.

These protests are not only a symbol of hope for the People of Palestine but a symbol of hope for us all.

They remind you of how much goodness there is in the world.

They're a message of love and of solidarity to an entire People in their darkest hour. And they're a reminder to us all that there are so many people who believe in the same things as us, love and peace and unity.

Let's keep showing up and keep hanging onto hope ✊🏻
