The Mums,

The women raising families,

The women building lives and careers of their own,

The hard workers,

The ones that dedicate their days to seving OTHERS,

Longer answer: Yes… If you’re an regular woman with a life, work, stress, responsibilities, and a history of trying “everything.”

This is Jena ⬆️

Why did Sarah keep struggling with weight loss?

She thought it was because she lacked motivation,

Or maybe because she didn’t “want it badly enough” (like some coaches love to tell you 🙄)

But the truth is…

Sarah wasn’t failing.

She was just doing it alone.

Because when you’re on a weight-loss journey by yourself, it’s all too easy to;

Skip the workout and promise you’ll “start again Monday” (every Monday 🙃)

Let one off-track meal turn into a full week,

Second-guess yourself and fall straight back into old habits,

And what finally changed everything for Sarah wasn’t a magic meal plan or extreme workouts,

It was accountability.

Having someone checking in ✅️

Guiding her decisions ✅️

And making sure she showed up (even on the low-motivation days) ✅️

But the key to successfully losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle change?

Comes down to be disciplined enough to stay as consistent with your behaviours on the days that you don't "feel" like it as on the ones you do...

Because those results you want to see,

Aren't going to come from being prepared to make an effort just 50% of the time.

Hold onto your butts, folks!

Honestly, I could throw a ton of before-and-after snaps at ya as we’ve a s**t tonne, but let's get real about what really tugs at the ol' heartstrings...

Obviously, we all love a good glow-up, and shedding some pounds– it's part of the “fitness” game.

But let me tell ya, what really hits me in the feels is seeing legends like our incredible member, Megan.

From navigating post-illness vulnerability to literally sky-rocketing in confidence not just in the gym but in every area of her life, that's the stuff that really matters,

Want to know how Laura lost a boatload of weight? 👀

It’s probably different to what you’re thinking…

Because it didn’t happen by training twice a day,

Meal prepping like a bodybuilder,

Or turning her entire life upside down.

And as a nurse, she didn’t suddenly have loads of extra time lying around ❌

But what she did have?

Was a realistic plan that fit into her actual life, and which made the process as convenient as possible 👀

^^^ That meant no extremes.

No “all or nothing.”

And no weight loss rules that required her to be “perfect” 24/7 (because good luck trying to make that happen 🙃)

In fact, we focused on having her do LESS, but doing the RIGHT things consistently 🙌🏻

Because believe it or not…

When weight loss stops feeling like a chore?

You stick to it.

And results like this happen 🔥

The problem I see, however,

Is that so many women are trying to lose weight in ways that only work if weight loss is their top priority 😬

And for most women, it isn’t (and honestly, it shouldn’t be).

There just needs to be a smarter strategy that works around your life, not against it 💁‍♀️
