Last minute spaces have come up on a Rescue Emergency Care 16 hour Outdoor First Aid (REC 2) course this weekend 4th and 5th of October.

Course will be held in the Belfast area and will run from 09:00 - 18:00 each day.

Course cost is £150 per person, self catered.

On a recent course I was asked about anti-choking devices. I hadn't used them before but I always advise candidates to do some research before handing over their hard earned money.

I've a couple of places left on a Rescue Emergency Care 16 Hour Outdoor First Aid Training (previously REC2) and Emergency First Aid at Work.

This course is suited to people engaged in outdoor activities or instructors working in the outdoors and revalidates outdoor qualifications. It involves a mixture of theory and practical scenarios where participants can put what they've learned into practice.

Course date Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th of July and will take place in Belfast.

Course cost is £150 per person (non residential/self catering)
