A throwback to the Grow With Intention women’s circle at Conway Mill

This is the lovely Lorraine physically planting her seed of intention. Before getting her hands a little dirty, she took the time to create internal space through a guided visual meditation. This allowed her to:

1. Clear out the weeds (i.e., the things we don’t want)
2. Tend to her garden (i.e., prepare herself for the things she does want)
3. Decide from a place of calm what truly resonates and which seed she wants to nurture

A powerful little ritual.

Would you be interested in a free guided meditation?

The next women’s circle is on **August 17**.

Buíochas is our focal na seachtaine: our word of the week to try pronouncing. Bwee ukh us

Give it a go!

Why gratitude matters🫶🏻

Gratitude is more than just saying “thank you.” It’s about recognizing the good in our lives and appreciating the kindness of others. Practicing gratitude can:

Boost happiness:
Feeling thankful can increase overall happiness and satisfaction with life.

Improve relationships:
Expressing appreciation strengthens bonds with others.
Enhance well-being:
Regularly practicing gratitude can lead to better mental and physical health.

By acknowledging the positive aspects of our lives, we cultivate a mindset that focuses on abundance rather than scarcity.

What/who are you grateful for today?

Plant the seed of intention from a place of peaceful calm

Pause. Breathe. Clear out the mental clutter so you can plant your intention in fertile ground. When you’re centered, even small steps make your path open with possibilities

What seed are you planting this summer?

We’re gathering at Conway Mill on Sunday, 27 July, 12–3 PM for our Grow with Intention Women’s Circle.

Drop 🌸 below and tag someone who’d love a calm afternoon too

🇮🇪 Focal na Seachtaine: FOIGHNEACH
(patient, enduring)

What does it mean?
“Foighneach” means “patient” in Irish—the quality of staying calm and composed when things take time or become difficult

Why does patience matter?
It helps us cope with life’s delays and challenges, make wiser decisions, and grow stronger through calm resilience.

Try this sentence in Irish:

“Bí foighneach leat féin agus le daoine eile.”
Translation: “Be patient with yourself and with others.”

“Stillness isn’t about quiet—it’s about clearing space within so you can truly feel, think, dream and question.”

Come join our next Women’s Circle and create that inner clearing. When you pause and open your heart, the real intentions you’re carrying come into focus and that’s when they can truly begin to unfold

Let’s breathe together, make space, and step into clarity

so your goals and dreams can rise from a place of stillness. 💫

Focal na Seachtaine: Tuiseanach 💚
(Word of the Week: Considerate)

Let’s celebrate the art of kindness. To be tuiseanach is to see others — to understand, to care, to pause before you speak.
Try using tuiseanach in a sentence today or send this word to a friend who lives it out every day. ✨

🔄 Tag someone who inspires you to be more tuiseanach!

Fill Your Cup – Sunday Reflections ☕️

What a nourishing day we shared this Sunday ☺️ It was heartwarming to welcome new faces into our circle and reconnect with familiar ones.

We began with gentle yoga and breathwork, grounding ourselves in the present moment. Through visualization meditation, we explored the essence of our own cups—what fills them, what depletes them.

In our sharing circle, we sipped herbal tea, expressed ourselves through mindful art, and a soothing sound bath

Grateful for every soul who joined and contributed to the collective energy. Here’s to continuing to fill our cups and support each other’s journeys 💛 you got this
