There are several ways to help people subject to high levels of stress. Hypnotherapy is one such tool but how does hypnotherapy work? More importantly, is it successful? Find out answers to those questions in this post.

We all experience stress regularly and we want rid of it as soon as it impacts our life. Understanding the different types of the stress we feel is an important first step to reduce it and make it more manageable.

๐„๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ: While eustress injects our body with energy, it is opposite to any form of distress and itโ€™s associated with a positive outcome, felt in the short-term and considered to be motivating.

๐€๐œ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ž ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ: Acute stress is what we refer to when we talk about how stressed we feel. It produces tension and physical symptoms, it is associated with ordinary occurrences and it is triggered by our perception of an event or situation.
