Join us for a day dedicated to nurturing your body, mind, and soul at The Room Massage and Holistic Centre, Belfast. This special summer taster day offers an introduction to a range of wellbeing experiences designed to leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply connected to yourself.
Your day includes:
• Morning Movement Practice
We begin with a gentle Chi Quong session — slow, flowing movements that enhance energy flow and promote inner calm. This low-impact practice is accessible and beneficial for all ages and fitness levels.
• Gentle Flow Yoga
Next, we invite you to reconnect with your essence through a nourishing yoga session. Using mindful, flowing movements, this practice will help regulate your nervous system, releasing tension and soothing your soul.
• Nutritional Wellbeing Talk
After lunch, there will be an insightful talk on nutrition and its role in supporting emotional balance, energy, and overall wellbeing. You’ll gain simple, practical tips to incorporate into your daily life.
• Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Bath
In the afternoon, surrender to deep relaxation as you lie back and experience the enchanting tones of the Tibetan Singing Bowls. Their soothing vibrations help balance the body’s energy centres and calm the nervous system, inviting a profound sense of stillness and renewal.
• Meditation and Grounding Practice
We close the day with a powerful heart centred meditation that induces the feelings of love, contentment and appreciation to your body.
To finish, a simple, but highly effective grounding exercise.
