A brand new 6-week programme begins 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓
🕒 Time: 3:45–5:15 PM

👧🧒 For children aged 5–10 years

CHAMPS is a fun, creative and nurturing space where children can:
🌈 Explore their emotions
🎨 Build confidence through art and music
🤝 Develop play and social skills
😊 Boost their wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment

Each session is led by qualified, experienced staff who make sure every child feels welcomed, supported and empowered to shine.

For the first time since I started RuLu in late 2022, I'm properly OUT OF OFFICE!

There's been so much hard work and lots of other things put into this time and these past few months have been my busiest yet with RuLu, and I hope and feel it will continue.

It's a bit of a scary thing taking time off when self-employed and it's just you running things, but, for now, I need a wee break to re-charge and rest!

The booking system is still up and going for anyone who would like to book in for any support, while all emails, messages, etc will be responded to once I'm back on Monday 11th August.

Thanks so much/GRMA for all the trust in me and RuLu, see yous all soon! ✨

Sometimes I still find that Play and Creative Arts Therapy is seen as "just a wee bit of play time". Yes, it's Play, but there's so much more depth and power in Play and Creative Arts Therapy!

With lots of ideas ticking away in my head wanting to share with you all about this depth and power, I'm bringing my new mini series, 'Toys in the Play Therapy Room' to the RuLu pages!

Looking at the toys, ('tools' as some of us Play Therapists like to call them!) available for Young People in their Play and Creative Arts Therapy sessions, we'll explore together what these toys (tools) can be to allow for expression, release, growth and so much more ✨
