If you feel your Child/Young Person, or one you know, could benefit from a safe time and space for just them to explore, express and process their Emotions and so much more, please reach out.
I currently have a very limited amount of session times available- morning, after school and early/late evening.
Children often struggle to express complex emotions through words. Play therapy provides a safe and structured way for them to communicate feelings, process experiences, and develop emotional resilience.
