Hi, I’m Erin and I am a Chartered Physiotherapist and a certified APPI Pilates Instructor working in Northern Ireland and I am excited to launch Erin Jackson Physiotherapy Services 🎉

At Erin Jackson Physiotherapy Services we provide unique physiotherapy solutions, including Physiotherapy at Work and Osteoporosis Services, as well as running a few specialised, physiotherapy-led Pilates classes.

What better way to ‘move’ through January than to do Pilates. It can help improve mobility, flexibility & strength, reduce stress & can help manage many musculoskeletal conditions. All classes are instructed by a physiotherapist and numbers are limited to 10 per class. Booking available online however any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us before you book.
