Brighten your new year at Postnatal and Baby Yoga Lisburn- These classes are a magical combination of practices for you to help to reclaim your body and delight your baby. A multisensory experience- they float on a sea of songs and rhymes and are guaranteed to leave you and your baby giggling and then chilled with Gill for the rest of the afternoon .Tuesdays 11am - Harmony Hill Presbyterian Church- carparking on site - cosy room and a lot of fun.
