We're delighted to host ReachOut Healthy Living Centre's seminar on Nutrition for Perimenopause here at The Duncairn this evening, with top tips from Jane McClenaghan.
Our Theatre Space is illuminated with the beautiful sunshine, and the yummy homemade healthy muffins are provided by - sure you can't beat it!

Just us for our next drop in at The Duncairn on April 10th 13:30 - 15:30 were we have a few tech geniuses coming to help educate us on how to get the most out of our phone/tablets etc
