Meet Phil

Growing up with a father who ran a busy podiatry clinic for 35 years, it was only a natural progression for Phil to become a podiatrist and run his own clinic too. Phil has developed the practice from a podiatry clinic to a multi-disciplinary health clinic that offers advanced podiatry, physiotherapy, sports injury services and more. In clinic, Phil has a special interest in gait analysis, biomechanics and prescribing custom-made orthotics. He has 8 years experience in the private sector and for the last 5 years he has been our lead podiatrist specialising in swift therapy which is a new breakthrough treatment for stubborn verruca and warts.

Unsightly / damaged nails

Toenail Reconstruction – LCN Wilde-Pedique

A highly effective toenail correction system, comprising an extremely elastic UV nail gel that adapts to the movements of the toe. Its unique adhesive properties mean that good results can be achieved, even on thick layers of skin where a toenail may be missing or on scaly nail surfaces.

It can conceal ridges and deformations and hide discolouration. This makes it ideal for camouflaging fungal nails by evening out the shape and colour of a diseased nail. The gel is antifungal so prevents against further damage to the nail while it is worn.

It is also ideal for replacing a whole nail or part of a nail that is missing.

Depending on the texture of the nail it is covering the reconstructed nail can last for many weeks. The replacement nail can be left natural or can be overpainted with any nail polish. Nail varnish remover will not damage it.

We are pleased to open our newly refurbished clinic tomorrow, Monday 8th June to all patients. The Clinic will be open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Wednesday evening to 9pm. Patient safety is paramount to us therefore we will be screening all patients before coming to clinic. To ensure both your safety and our team we have put a few measures in place.

• All podiatrist will be wearing full PPE
• We advise all patients who are attending clinic to wear a face covering/mask
• Please arrive at your appointment time no earlier or later than scheduled.
• No patients will be allowed in waiting room we will bring you in from your car.
• If needed only 1 other person is allowed to attend clinic with you.
• Use Contactless payment when possible.
• Sanitise Hands before entering the clinic room.
• Please do not attend or make an appointment if you or anyone in your household have symptoms of a cough, high temperature, loss of taste or smell or is currently in isolation due to symptoms.

We are so happy to be able to reopen the clinic again to all patients! 😁 From Monday 8th June we are able to see any patient who is in need of treatment. Patient safety is paramount to us therefore we will be taking correct and advised precautions to maintain a sterile and clean environment. All Podiatrist will be wearing full PPE which includes face mask, visor, gloves, apron and scrubs and we will also be given a mask to each patient on arrival. A few changes we have put into place.

• Maintain social distancing in clinic at all times
• All patients will be screened before arrival
• All patients are advised to arrive to their appointment on time and no earlier.
• There will be no patients in waiting room, we will call patients in from the car park.
• Patient are advised to wear a face mask or covering to clinic
• Pay with contactless if possible
• Come alone to clinic when possible
