The Ayurvedic Massage Workshop is an invitation to experience and learn the basic sequence of Ayurvedic Massage.

Through maneuvers of stretchings, tractions and slides, this ancient technique creates a continuous process of self recovery and body awareness, supported by deep breathing and relaxation.

The physical benefit is the least one can experience during a massage. Relaxing in an atmosphere of love and care, kindness and trust; in this simple fusion one can just be in the moment: this is the magical touch.

It comes down to relax and be at peace, on all levels

This Workshop is open to all who are interested in massage, bodywork and exploring oneself.

We appreciate that sometimes things come up, but please where possible give us as much notice as you can if you cannot make your appointment.

We are extremely busy with these appointments and have an extensive waitlist. As a small business, when we have no shows it impacts us not only financially - but also we are unable to provide the treatment to someone who needs it.
