As a busy Mum of two, on top of her job as a teacher, Shannon know's how hectic life can get. Yoga Quarter is her safe space, and she is passionate about sharing the many benefits of yoga with her students.
Join Shannon for flow, slow flow, restorative or a beginners class. She also regularly covers classes and will be the second teacher at our Tarifa retreat in May.
We have over 30 classes a week over 7 days, there's truly something for everyone and you're always welcome. ๐

Yesterday we held our Yoga Quarter day retreat at the stunning and our hearts are so full.
Ten wonderful souls trusted Susan and Mars to hold space for them to step away from the busyness of everyday life, slow down and reconnect.
The venue was magical and we were deeply nourished by the delicious love-filled food from Sarah the creative genius behind Little Pink Kitchen.

Aoife started yoga in New York in the late โ90s, then practiced yoga with many influential teachers in LA, and has been teaching full-time for 9 years. She leads Vinyasa Flow and Restorative classes, helping you build strength, balance, and ease.
She loves seeing familiar faces, meeting new people in her classes and being part of a community that feels like family. ๐ฟ

Yoga offers steady, practical support through times like these. Gentle movement and breath help calm the nervous system, ease tension, and bring the body into a more settled state. Many people find it supports better sleep, helps with temperature changes, reduces stiffness in joints, and rebuilds strength and balance without strain.
Thereโs no pressure to push or keep up. Classes can be taken slowly, adapted to your energy, and shaped around what your body needs on the day.

Yoga Quarter is a local yoga studio in Ballyhackamore. We host a range of classes and workshops in our light filled studio. We cater for all ages from pregnancy, to babies, teens to over 50s. There is a class to suit everyone.
Although we are primarily a Vinyasa studio we also offer ashtanga, Hatha, restorative, yoga Nidra and coming soon a regular Yin class. We regularly run workshops with both local and global yogis. We aim to meet all your yoga needs right in the heart of the local community.
We provide mats, straps, bolsters pillows and blankets so all you need to bring is yourself.
We pride ourselves on being a welcoming studio, open to all whether you are a beginner or a more seasoned yogi, you are most welcome.
