That’s a wrap. 🎓
I’m officially an MNU Certified Nutritionist.

This year has been overwhelming in the best way, long nights studying, deep diving into research, case studies, exams, and constantly pushing myself to understand nutrition at the highest level.

But honestly? It’s been one of the most fulfilling things I’ve ever done.

Mac-Nutrition Uni is one of the most recognised and respected evidence-based qualifications in the entire health & fitness industry. It’s changed how I think, how I coach, and how I help people transform their lives.

What I can do now goes way beyond calories and macros.
I can:

• Build personalised nutrition strategies backed by real evidence
• Create clinical-level assessments for gut health, weight loss, performance & behaviour change
• Analyse metabolism, hormones, energy systems, and METs with precision
• Support athletes, busy professionals, parents, real people with real challenges
• Break down complex science into simple, life-changing steps
• Help people feel better, move better, perform better, and live better

This isn’t just another certificate.
It’s a whole new standard for me, my coaching, and my clients.

Now it’s time to take all of this and pour it into The Lean Scene and into changing people’s lives on a bigger scale.

Isaac came to me already training, already putting in the effort but what he needed was structure, direction, and real clarity around his routine and nutrition.

Phase 1 was about stripping body fat while building muscle, the perfect combo when you’re still relatively new to proper programming.

Phase 2 we went into a small surplus to build strength and lay a solid foundation.

Phase 3 we cut back down for summer.

The result?
Well… the photo does the talking.

Proud of this lad, he’s one of the hardest workers I’ve coached, and the transformation speaks for itself.
