Isaac came to me already training, already putting in the effort but what he needed was structure, direction, and real clarity around his routine and nutrition.
Phase 1 was about stripping body fat while building muscle, the perfect combo when you’re still relatively new to proper programming.
Phase 2 we went into a small surplus to build strength and lay a solid foundation.
Phase 3 we cut back down for summer.
The result?
Well… the photo does the talking.
Proud of this lad, he’s one of the hardest workers I’ve coached, and the transformation speaks for itself.
