I found these pics the other day. Almost a decade ago, I decided to go sky diving in Oz without telling a soul, without even really thinking about it tbh. It was AMAZING 😍

It just made me think of how many times I talk to clients and they say "Id love to do that. I'd love to go there. I've always wanted to be...." and then they give a reason for not going through with the plans.
Mainly because of fear... fear of not being good enough, being young enough or smart enough.

It's crazy and it's constant. So many people are not taking a chance on themselves because of a certain limiting belief.

Guys, please stop letting fear hold you back. The worst that can happen is you end up right where you are now, you haven't lost a single thing, but you have so much to gain!

Take the job, book the trip, buy the dress. Don't ovethink it! If you're not hurting anyone, then you're not doing anything wrong.

You owe it to yourself to follow your dreams.
You owe it to yourself to try! 🥰

Our energetic bodies are like a treasure chest, containing everything we chose to keep on this journey 🌺
Every memory, every image, every hurt, every joy... Holding onto it until it becomes who we are. 💫

Sometimes, we need to lift the lid and take a look inside - is everything we are holding onto truly serving us?
Maybe we are focusing energy on a past event that is keeping us there.. In the past!
