Thanks to the teams from Beyond Sport and Flutter Entertainment for selecting Civic Dollars as runner up of their Global Tech4Good competition.

We had a great day videoing the promo reel up with the team at Developing Healthy Communities and showcasing the project in Derry City & Strabane District Council region.

We used data and details from all our projects in the application to show the impact on public Health and Wellbeing we are having across the world.

So a big thank you to all the cities, counties and municipalities who have put their faith in our platform! ❤️

The struggle is real! 🤧
We always try to encourage people to spend more time outdoors, but realise the problems that arrive if you have a pollen allergy.
Here are some tips to help with it:

🤧 Put petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline) around your nostrils to trap pollen

🕶️ Wear wraparound sunglasses, a mask or a wide-brimmed hat to stop pollen getting into your nose and eyes

🛀🏻 shower and change your clothes after you have been outside to wash pollen off

Don't let a little bit of pollen stop you from getting outdoors during the good weather!
