We can't wait to welcome Scott Time Space Attention (Wim Hof trained breath practitioner) back to our yoga and wider Ligoniel community Ligoniel Healthy Living Centre for another uplifting and relaxing event. He will once again bring his unique blend and love of Sound Healing, Breathwork + Meditation to help create a space of calm + ease.

As a Strala yoga guide my aim is to help support and guide you in this easygoing process of natural movement, so that you find your flow, ease your mind and connect to your true inner being.. 🧘‍♀️

Monday Centre 5.30pm

Thursday St John's GAC 7pm

Online from my living zoom to yours 🧘‍♀️
New 6 week class
Sundays 10am
