Smart physiotherapy is a new modern physiotherapy practice to the Belfast region. Smart physiotherapy works on the principal of evidence based practice which means it uses up to date researched based practice to provide the best quality care to our patients. Smart physiotherapy strongly believes that their physiotherapy practice is all about the Patient. This means that your problems and the goals you want to achieve is of paramount importance to us. We want to give you the best available service as quickly as we can and at times that suit you. The approach by smart physiotherapy is to combine assessment and diagnosis with hands-on treatment, using a combination of soft tissue massage, mobilisation, manipulation and exercise. The focus is to address the underlying cause of the injury or dysfunction, rather than simply treating the symptoms.

We are delighted to celebrate this fantastic achievement. Over recent months, Hugh has been supporting Joseph through focused strength and conditioning sessions, with the aim of improving his performance.
Joseph’s committed, driven and disciplined approach has been clear in every session and it’s fantastic to see his hard work paying off.

🗓️ September Step Challenge 🚶

🏃For the month of September, we’re encouraging our patients to increase their step count and where possible to walk instead of drive to their destinations!

🌳Those who live locally are encouraged to walk to their appointment or classes and for those who live slightly further away, why not park off site and get some extra steps in before and after you’ve visited!

💚 Don’t worry! We’ll also be taking part too and will have our own leaderboard for the Smart Physio Staff

💫We can’t wait for everyone to get involved and participate to see who can submit the most steps for the month of September and who will win our prize! 🏆
