My lovely patient came to me concerned about her chin as her chin muscle (mentalis) was overworking, causing dimpling and pulling the chin inward. This was affecting her overall profile and confidence.

We treated her over two sessions using a combination of:
💛 Muscle relaxant to soften the overactive mentalis
💛 Carefully placed dermal filler to restore projection and contour

The result? A softer, more balanced, and beautifully feminine side profile, while still keeping everything natural and in harmony with her features.

She’s absolutely delighted… and I couldn’t be happier for her 💕

🔔 IMPORTANT SAFETY UPDATE
Iatrogenic Botulism Cases Linked to Botulinum Toxin Injections in the UK

I’m genuinely saddened to have to post this, but I have a responsibility to raise awareness and protect anyone considering injectable treatments.

Between 4 June – 14 July 2025, 38 cases of iatrogenic botulism have been reported across England, the majority in the North East. These cases involved severe symptoms including:

⚠️ Drooping eyelids (ptosis)
⚠️ Blurred or double vision
⚠️ Difficulty swallowing or speaking
⚠️ Muscle weakness
⚠️ In some cases, respiratory failure requiring ICU care 🥺

Many of these cases were linked to unlicensed products (often sourced from abroad) and treatments carried out in non-clinical settings.

💉 I want to reassure you that your safety is my absolute priority. I only use MHRA-approved, licensed products from UK-regulated pharmacies and perform all procedures in a safe, clinical environment.

This condition is rare but serious, and entirely preventable with safe, regulated care ❤️

This lovely patient already had naturally beautiful lips 💋

At her consultation, she mentioned loving the subtle plump her lip-plumping product gave her, so we aimed to enhance that look with care and precision 💉

I added volume to the upper lateral areas for support, and treated the center of the bottom lip to create a softer, more rounded shape.

I think the result speaks for itself, pretty perfect! 👌 Most importantly, she was absolutely delighted 😊

45 this summer. 5 babies. Perimenopause in full swing. And guess what? I feel fu***ng fantastic!

Not because I "snapped back."
Not because I’m lucky.
Because I made informed, empowered choices, without shame.

Breast implants (13 years ago. Still breastfed 3 kids)

Tummy tuck (after baby #4… yep, had baby #5 after!)

My diamonds in my sky 💎 It wasn’t an easy decision to take my sick baby on holiday… but I’m so glad I trusted my gut. Less than 24 hours later, Jonah is feeling himself again - smiling, playing, and soaking up quality time with his family. As am I. It’s so precious. I needed this. We all did ❤️

People often say to me, “I don’t know how you do it all ”

The truth is, I don’t. I struggle. I get overwhelmed. I experience imposter syndrome. I post photos where I look “good”… but there are so many I never share. The ones where I look tired, makeup-free, no hair extensions, comfy clothes, not what social media deems “worthy.”

Time away with my family has reminded me what truly matters. Realignment. Presence. Love. And none of that comes from being Instagram-worthy, it comes from accepting and loving ourselves 🫶❤️
