It's amazing that I discovered so many ways to correct my own Bio-Energy field!😊

With these techniques, I've created what I ike to call Chi-Correction.

Using any technique that encourages the bones, muscles & organs to fit into the facia more evenly.

Each time I practice this, the physical body moves closer into a more natural shape, where it is more effortlessly functional.

This means that it's more in alignment with the field!😊

This is apparent when you feel the Chi/blood flow warming up parts of your body that were cold beforehand, & you feel like you have unlimited energy!😎

Starting a little part-time night shift work on Friday. So last night, 30 mins after midnight, I decided on a run to practice staying up.

To be honest, for a yr or more now, I've been quite drawn to night time. I've been planning an all-nighter of seated or running meditation, or both for a while now.

I feel night time is a quiet & sacred time. I've had many runs at 4 or 5 AM in the morning, when it's still dark.
