Customer Service Advisor (Full-Time and Part-Time) - Belfast

Join our Customer Service Centre team supporting health, wellbeing and leisure services across the UK.

What you’ll do:
• Support customers via phone, email and chat
• Manage bookings, memberships and enquiries
• Deliver friendly, efficient service

What we’re looking for:
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Positive, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable using digital systems

Belfast has been named as a European City of Sport for 2026⭐

The announcement was made today Olympia Leisure Centre and Spa to a packed room of athletes, sporting bodies, Councillor Tracy Kelly Lord Mayor of Belfast, Lady Mary Peters and our partner Belfast City Council
People can get involved in the celebrations from early in 2026, with try-it activities in leisure and community venues, coach and volunteer development opportunities and a range of special sports events, with full programme details to be announced in January.

Templemore Baths is the only facility in the city that offers the Technogym Check Up service, you can avail of this with your citywide membership 💪
