After taking a break last year to settle into life in Doha, I’m excited to start tutoring again. As I’m still based in the Middle East, all tuition will be online.

Another Monday, another marathon medal to add to the collection - my 25th!!! This one was a bit different. It wasn’t about achieving a time, but rather running alongside a relay team, and providing a bit of company on the course. I’m not going to lie, it was tough! Maybe it was because it was my second marathon in 7 days or maybe it was because I was out there for almost an hour longer than I usually would, but my legs certainly felt it!!

Spaces available in the following classes:

Monday 6pm
INTERMEDIATE level class best suited to someone who has attended Pilates classes previously, has a good understanding of the basic principles of Pilates and is familiar with Pilates exercises. You should be free from significant injuries or conditions that would make participation in a group class difficult.

Monday 7.15pm
ADVANCED class - suitable only for those with significant previous Pilates experience. We regularly work through the advanced repertoire of classical Pilates exercises (which you should be familiar with) so not suitable for anyone with injuries or conditions that prevent you from working at a faster paced and more intense level.

Tuesday 9.30am
The Tuesday class, while not specifically a beginner class, is one that moves at a more deliberate pace. It's a great option for Pilates novices or those who require a little more time or attention when practising Pilates.

Saturday 10am
INTERMEDIATE level class best suited to someone who has attended Pilates classes previously, has a good understanding of the basic principles of Pilates and is familiar with Pilates exercises. Good Morning all!

You've probably noticed an increase in posts from me over the last few days and I wanted to explain why.

I'm planning to retire my old website and wanted to make sure information about me, and the Pilates classes I teach at the Studio, is available while I decide where to go with it.

Understandably the new posts have resulted in lots of enquiries, particularly about BEGINNER classes, and I feel really bad that I am unable to help you.

I have a very limited number of spaces available in a couple of my MAT classes - but unfortunately these are NOT suitable for beginners.

All my REFORMER classes are fully booked for the upcoming New Year Block.

I'm in the lucky position of having a very loyal group of clients - many of whom have been with me for years. This means I rarely have space available in classes, but if you'd like to send me your email address via direct message I will add you to my waiting list.

I also spent 2024 working on my work/life balance so that now I have a timetable of classes that really allows me to devote more quality time to planning and teaching the best Pilates classes I possibly can, while still enjoying all the things outside work that are important to me.

I don't plan to add any further new classes to my current timetable in the near future, but if I do I will post details here.
