💥 Client Spotlight 💥
I’d like to introduce a client and friend of mine, Aaron Taylor.
Aaron came to me with a lofty goal.
He wanted to lose whatever amount of weight it takes to get into general great shape and feel his best.
Bad habits had soared his body weight to over 300lbs.
Like myself, he has a big frame but he wasn’t happy with where he was at.
Today we hit the mark of having lost 30lbs of pure fat (10% of his total bodyweight), while only losing 0.4lb of muscle. Anyone who knows a bit about fat loss knows that this is impressive.
He wanted guidance, advice and to be kept accountable.
I set Aaron some non-negotiables.
1. Protein target of 1g per pound of his goal bodyweight.
2. Track his calories and stay within agreed range. We used our state of the art InBody scanner to work this out.
3. Report to me daily with calories and exercise.
4. Show up once a week
5. Train twice a week with weights at a gym much closer to home. (Aaron travels in from a fair distance away to train with us.
I want it to be noted that Aaron’s success is massively down to the fact that he has followed the rules TO A TEE!!
During this epic fat loss journey, Aaron has went from bench pressing 17.5kg dumbbells to today pressing 40kg EACH HAND for 6 sets of 5 reps, with plenty left in the tank.

To say I’m proud of this guy would be massive understatement.
This man has overcome more adversity than most of us could face in a lifetime.
What a guy!
