As I’ve said before, we make people strong, here at Zenith Strength & Mobility…

Today blew my mind though… lads all working at the upper end of the dumbbell rack.
35s, 37.5s, 40s all getting thrown about for reps… like 6, 8 and even 10+ reps.

Plenty of girls doing chin ups, repping 20kg DBs… even up as heavy as 27.5k for the girls.

Unreal. We’re so proud of our crazy strong, super sound community.

Conversations about fresh Saturdays inspired this video.
Over the last couple of years, conversations around changing our habits around drinking have definitely planted a seed, which has grown…
Watching the journey of the likes of and as well as conversations with about changing habits around drinking has inspired me to try this little experiment… and I have to say it’s going well.
I didn’t have a problem…
I just wanted to do better.
To feel better.
So I wanted to open up the conversation around alcohol, hear from any of you who have made changes and reaped benefits.
If these conversations plant a seed for someone else, then even better.
