Sara creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere where clients can switch off, move with intention, and build strength with confidence. Her classes are energising, supportive, and designed to leave you feeling uplifted and empowered.

Get to know more about her below!

How did you first discover Pilates/reformer?
I first tried Pilates on a weekend trip to visit my friend in London and completely fell in love with it. As soon as I got home, I started going to classes at a local studio and I’ve been hooked ever since.

What training or certifications do you have?
I’m a certified Reformer Pilates instructor and have recently completed my pre- and post-natal qualification, which I’m so excited to bring into my classes.

What’s one fun fact about you most people don’t know?
My degree is in Law with Spanish, I used to work as a Spanish tutor, and I now work full-time in the legal AI tech industry.

PRENATAL REFORMER !🤰🏼

We’re updating how we support our pregnancy clients.

From 16th February, clients who are pregnant will be able to attend Beginner level classes with SPECIFIC teachers who are prenatal trained.

When booking, you’ll see ‘Prenatal Qualified’ beside the teacher’s name to show which classes are suitable.

If you’ve already been training with us, you can continue throughout your pregnancy, as long as you have clearance to exercise from your healthcare provider.

If you’re new to Reformer Pilates and our studio, you can start attending classes from your second trimester. Please note: new clients are unable to attend classes beyond 28 weeks of pregnancy.

RACHAEL 🤍

Our Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Rachael, has extensive training and experience in treating pelvic floor dysfunction, postnatal checks, urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic pain and diastasis.

With a strong focus on education and patient empowerment, Rachael supports her patients to feel confident, capable and pain-free through effective rehabilitation and practical guidance.

Rachael brings 12 years of NHS physiotherapy experience, with the last 4 years specialising in Pelvic Health. She’s always had a keen interest in ante and postnatal care, but becoming a mum herself deepened her passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery and beyond.

Rachael is a member of CSP, HCPC, POGP NI and APPI, and is trained in APPI Pilates, including ante & postnatal and pelvic floor Pilates.
