Every movement should feel steady and deliberate, rather than rushed or thrown together.
Focusing on control helps you:
- activate the right muscles
- move with better precision
- get stronger without putting strain on your body
We’ll keep reminding you to take your time because how you move matters just as much as what you’re doing.
It can feel more challenging to slow things down, but that’s where the real work is happening.
