We are pleased to have the lovely Claire, owner of Durona holistic therapy, joining us for our session on Tuesday 7th September.

She will be there to give reflexology guidance for the parents (teaching parents good points/techniques to do on a foot massage etc for releasing stress or anxiety etc)

We are so excited to learn from the best!

Last night I had a mum in Durona Cottage with her two daughters aged 10 and 15. All three had a treatment and a whilst it was a lovely experience it was also an important life lesson.

These young women got to experience their mother prioritising some ‘me- time’ and self-care, as well as experiencing taking some time out and a treatment for themselves at a young age.

This is something we should be teaching our children and young adults. That a little pause in our daily lives is something we should be making time for.

What our young people see today moulds their perceptions of tomorrow and I have to say that particular mum is smashing it. 🤍🤍

Several of Durona’s treatments can be adapted for children and are completed with parents present in the room.

🌟🌟🌟Body Cavitation🌟🌟🌟

Yesterday in Durona I spent the day trialling
my new treatments and equipment for Radio Frequency and Ultrasound Cavitation

On a full body cavitation treatment my client lost a massive 8.5 inches! We were
Both absolutely blown away by its results!

Ultrasound Cavitation works by breaking down and shrinking fat cells in the area you are looking to improve without harming any other cells in the body. The contents of the fat cells are safely eliminated through your lymphatic system.

Please note it’s not a miracle cure, but in conjunction with a healthy diet, exercise and lots of water it can really help contour the body.

I will be offering these treatments in blocks
of 8 for maximum effectiveness.

Each treatment with be 30 minutes long will consist of
- full cavitation treatment one one area
- dry body brushing to stimulate lymph
- finishing with lymphatic massage.

£225 for 8 (30 min) sessions targeting 1 area
£350 for 8 (1 hour) sessions targeting 2 areas

This will be launching in the coming weeks PM for more details and to discuss a treatment plan.

Some people think I’m mad trying to run a holistic therapy room in my spare time from my day job and honestly some days I think I’m mad too. 😂

Then there’s days like today... With three amazing clients, making new friendships and Getting such lovely feedback.

I really do love what I do.... just a grateful girl barefoot in the river after a long and amazing
weekend ❤️

Did you know Durona’s Treatment Space is smudged before and after every single client? Tonight’s smudge is White Sage, lavender and rosemary, leaving a beautiful smell and bright clean energy to work with.

This week we’ve had appointments for reflexology, the new 1 hour Colloidal Oats facial for restoring moisture and massage.

Tonight we have clients in for Reiki and a Refining Facial...

I am fully booked from now until Saturday with only a few appointments left for the weekend.
