Leaders NI comprises various NI bodies and was formed to ‘Inspire Leadership’ amongst young professionals in Northern Ireland. The Young Leaders Northern Ireland group comprises the Chartered Accountants Ireland Ulster Society Young Professional Group (CAI YPG), the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) NI, Junior Chamber International (JCI) Belfast and the Northern Ireland Young Solicitors’ Association (NIYSA).

🏆 2025 Young Leader of the Year 🏆

Congratulations to Jack Duddy of HireIQ on winning the 2025 Carson McDowell Young Leader of the Year Award.

Jack founded and continues to grow a recruitment firm with growing success across the island of Ireland and into US markets. As part of his prize, Jack will join a specialist leadership programme kindly sponsored by the William J. Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen’s Business School

We also proudly recognise our two finalists, Rebecca McCullough founder of and Aaron Marshall, co-founder of for their strong leadership and impact within their fields.

The award was presented at our annual Young Leaders Conference on Friday, where over 200 delegates came together to learn and network.

A huge thank you to our panellists at Friday’s Young Leaders Conference!

We were lucky to have such a dynamic group - Neasa Quigley, Ashleigh Averell and Tahnee McCorry - who shared their thoughts on leadership and the future of business.

Their unique perspectives and candid chat had us laughing, thanks Ashleigh 😊, and learning in equal measure. Whether it was tips on how to make yourself heard / be seen within your workplace or a few business “war stories,” we certainly enjoyed this session.
