It’s breast cancer awareness month, swipe for a little tool on how to check yourself. There’s lots of these about but no matter what, if you are worried, go see your GP. I find it much easier to do my checks when in the shower as it’s easier and less painful when you’re all soapy lol let’s be serious, sometimes those bad boys can be tender. whatever you call them, check them 🩷 big love to all our breast cancer warriors out there 💪🏻 💕

hello lovely people - i tried my best to get the name changed on this page but it just wont work. I have set up a new page for Nurture Works so id really love it if you could give the page a wee follow. I will be deleting this page once its all set up. I am starting again so your support is so important right now to help get me going again. The page is called Nurture Works NI. It'll be a bit boring until I get going with posts again. Just spent the morning delivering our ‘stress into stillness’ workshop - what a lovely way to spend a Thursday morning!! Thanks to Oasis NI for having me in this morning with a lovely group of ladies! I’m nice and chilled now, ready to take on the world!!
