We need to start talking about male infertility, and we mean really.
Men account for 50% of all infertility cases, yet poor GP awareness and limited NHS testing mean male issues are often missed. Couples are being pushed into IVF when the problem may actually be treatable.
Varicocele is one of the most common causes. It’s a dilated vein that raises testicular temperature and damages s***m. It can be fixed with surgery. Lifestyle changes and supplements can help too.
Male infertility is not a niche issue. It’s half the picture. And it deserves proper research, diagnosis and treatment. Thank you to for highlighting that this week.
