A huge thank you to our amazing supporter Margaret Kerr for some amazing donations.

Margaret organised a country music night last September which raised £1175 for Leukaemia & Lymphoma NI. The night was made possible thanks to help from Sammy Po***ck who has since sadly passed away. Margaret wanted to make the donation in his memory.

She also gathered together a group of brave women to make a unique calendar to again raise funds for LLNI. They flew off the shelves and raised a further £3570 for local blood cancer research.

Thank you to Margaret and all her friends for this brilliant support!

We need your help with some new exciting opportunities.

We are launching two groups which aim to ensure the views and thoughts of local blood cancer patients and their families are used to help us shape the research we fund.

📝The Policy & Advocacy group aims to bring patients, families, clinicians and researchers together for key discussions.

🔬Our Lived Experience Research Group is seeking blood cancer patients to help us fund better and more relevant research projects.

Today we're saying a massive well done and thank you to Eddie Robinson for his amazing fundraising.

Eddie lost his good friend Simon Robinson to lymphoma 4 years ago and wanted to do something to raise money in his memory. Eddie says that Simon taught him to seize the moment and in that spirit he took on the Tokyo marathon, completing it in 3 hours and 40 minutes!

His efforts were well worth it as he has raised over £3,000 for blood cancer research in Northern Ireland and ensures Simon's legacy lives on.

Well done Eddie and thanks for your amazing support!

We have one final charity place for this year's sold out Belfast City Marathon!

The place is for the full marathon and anyone signing up would be asked to raise a minimum of £500 for Leukaemia & Lymphoma NI.

The LLNI team will be on hand to help you with your fundraising and you'll also receive a charity running t-shirt and snood to wear on the day!

A huge thank you to Genesis Belfast who have been doing lots of fundraising for Leukaemia & Lymphoma NI.

They raised an amazing £3,300 by holding a Christmas Jumper day and a pub quiz where some of the LLNI funded researchers joined them to test their knowledge!

Next up they have two teams taking part in this year's Belfast City Marathon.

The open night gives everyone the opportunity to hear about the blood cancer research projects currently being funded by LLNI. You'll get to meet some of the funded researchers and tour the labs where their work takes place.
