At KOR CBT, we work collaboratively to reduce the severity of your symptoms and develop your skill set in managing your mental health. At KOR CBT, evidence-based approaches, as approved by NICE clinical guidelines, are utilised to support your journey through therapy. KOR CBT provides therapy to young people and adults in a safe, nonjudgmental environment with extensive experience successfully managing conditions. Therapy is offered both face to face and online. Life events can impact us in many ways, such as childhood bullying, social & family dynamics (divorce, bereavement, abuse) and being the survivor of a crime or indeed being accused of a crime or criminal activity. These can impact how we see not only ourselves but also other people and the world around us.
