Connection was at the heart of our Children’s Mental Health Week NI 2026 event.

Over the week, professionals came together to share learning, build relationships and focus on practical ways to strengthen support for children and young people’s mental health. The conversations started, partnerships formed and knowledge exchanged will continue long after the event itself.

We’re incredibly grateful to CRC - Carryduff Running Club for their continued support and for shining a spotlight on the powerful link between physical activity and mental wellbeing. 🏃‍♀️💚

The recent Run The Duff event brought together over 1,000 runners, a brilliant example of community in action and the positive impact connection can have on mental health.
