💪Our 1:1 exercise sessions are about personalised attention and supervised exercise. I will never stick you on a machine or ask you to do something and leave you to it! As a Physiotherapist, not only am I selecting exercises that are tailored to your needs, but I am demonstrating, watching, correcting, and helping you do them!
Our 1:1 Exercise sessions are 30 mins long and you can choose whether you want to work on strength, balance, posture, or a combination. These sessions will improve your confidence and technique, and help you either start your exercise journey, or continue safely with exercise following your diagnosis.
