🎩 Urgent announcement 🎩

It is with great regret that we are needing to cancel tonight’s memorial service for 2025. We know this will be a great disappointment to many. Last week we had to postpone due to Stephen being very ill. Unfortunately he is still not able to work or lead our service.

We feel the service would not be the same if Stephen himself was not there. He was also worried with so much illness going around that if we placed 400/500 people in a room it could ruin a lot of people’s Christmas if they where to catch something in what will already be a difficult season for many.

We will run a service of some sort in January to try and make up for the service not going ahead tonight. Stephen and staff deeply apologise for this and hope you understand his disappointment in having to cancel knowing this means so much to many.

Folks regrettably we’re having to move the date of service. I understand this will be a massive inconvenience to many, but due to unforeseen circumstances this can’t be helped.

New service time will be Monday 22nd at 7.30

🌲🎩 Christmas memorial service 2025 🎩🌲

Our annual memorial service for the families we have served during 2025 will be held in New Life (City Church) on Thursday, 18th December at 7 pm. The service includes a candle light as a memorial to each individual family member who has passed away this year. Each family should have now received their personal and individual invitations along with their memorial bobble to personalize and place on the tree that evening. We have more in our 3 branches if required and will have them on the night too. The service is open to individuals, families, or those who have attended previous years and got comfort from the service. If you had another company look after your loved ones but would still like to attend, you will be made welcome and we can still add your loved one's name to our memorial list which will be read out on the night.

Announcement

Due to adverse weather conditions local authorities have made the decision to cancel all cremations and burials therefore resulting in our funerals being cancelled tomorrow.

We realise this is stressful on our families and can only apologise for something that is out of our control. So naturally if you were going to attend any tomorrow please do not leave home unless necessary.

Folks, Obviously we have been nominated in these funeral awards and personally I feel a bit strange asking for votes because of the nature of the business. If you’d like to vote I’d appreciate it, if not totally fine also. My loyalty always will lye with the families who choose our services. That vote of confidence means everything to me and the only real one that matters regardless of anything else.
