Simplicity in motion

Try these 3 movements next time you're in the gym and let me know in the comments below if they help

1) DEAD HANGS
Hold for about 10 seconds and focus on breathing in and out

2) COBRA STRETCH
move into this movement nice and slow and focus on really filling the lungs

3) CHILDS POSE
from the cobra stretch come back to the floor and move into this position moving the bum over the heels

Repeat each excercise 3 times and see how you feel
