WHAT. A. NIGHT. 🔥

Our fundraiser absolutely went OFF! Bingo had over £800 worth of prizes up for grabs (and yeah… people were taking it VERY seriously 👀), the drinking challenges got a bit messy but well done to Soda Mark Magee as he’s still unbeaten , and the dance floor was on fire all night 💃🕺

Massive shoutout to all our sponsors and the businesses that donated, the support was unreal as always, we couldn’t have done it without you 🙌

Also, a huge well done to Jackie from the Titanic women’s group for taking on a sponsored 10k swim and raising an amazing amount of money, absolutely incredible effort 👏🏊‍♀️

Big thanks as well to Cllr Ruth Brooks and her team for coming along and supporting us as always, really appreciated 🙏 123 DUP 😁

🎣 Fishing Trip Tomorrow – Dromore! 🌿

We’re all set for a great day out with Angling First tomorrow beside Dromore Community Centre from 10am – 3:30pm.

All tackle and bait are provided, plus tea and coffee on the day ☕
Just bring a pack lunch and a folding chair and you’re good to go!

🔥Big news for our
East Belfast Health & Wellbeing Men’s Pool League

As Season Two gets ready to kick off on the last Tuesday of April, we’re buzzing to have even more incredible support behind us. 💙

Massive thanks to Cllr Davy Douglas for backing us again this season. This is his second time sponsoring, and he’s not just a name on a post, he shows up, gets involved, and sees the real impact this league has on men’s wellbeing.

Eastbelfast Working Mans Club are also back for round two. Their support goes way beyond sponsorship, room hire for events, entertainment, ballot prizes… they’ve had our back from day one and continue to play a huge part in what we do.

We’re delighted to have East Alternatives Restorative Justice on board this season too. They’ve covered room hire at the QE1, which takes a lot of pressure of us and Carly also keeps everyone sorted with teas and coffees each week, those small touches make a big difference and help create a welcoming space for all.

And a special mention to EBCDA East Belfast Community Development Agency , one of our major sponsors again this year. Jim Bailey has been key from the very start, working alongside our chair to build this league into what it is today, supporting men, opening conversations, and tackling mental health head-on.

This league is more than just pool. It’s connection, support, and a place where men can show up and be themselves.

🔥POOL LEAGUE NIGHT IS BACK 🔥

We’re buzzing to kick off our East Belfast Health & Wellbeing Men’s Pool League and once again, a HUGE shoutout to Hasan from Scissor King Turkish Barbers Hot Towel Shave for coming through with a £200 sponsorship 🙌🎱

This isn’t the first time either, Hasan Cakir constantly backs our club and puts real money and effort into the community. Proper support like that deserves to be recognised 💯

On Monday night, our chairman from our Club had the privilege of being invited to speak at the
Craigantlet Masonic Lodge of Friendship No. 486

He was given a warm welcome by all members and enjoyed a tour of the historic building, formerly known as the old UVF hospital. Following this, he spoke passionately about our club, who we are, how we operate, the support we provide to men in our community, and our vision for the future.

The members showed great interest, asking thoughtful questions and expressing genuine admiration for the work we do. Their support meant a great deal to us.

To our surprise and gratitude, the evening concluded with a generous donation of £300, which was very warmly received.

The club would like to sincerely thank the Craigantlet Masonic Lodge for their kindness and support, and we look forward to welcoming their members to visit our club in the near future.
