Start360 services will be closed from Monday 22 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026.

Our teams will be taking this time to rest, recharge and spend the festive season with loved ones. 💛

Our Support Hub team took a well-deserved break to celebrate the festive season together last week - complete with a Christmas quiz, festive chips (the real highlight 🤩), and some present giving.

The Support Hub is all about connection, support and showing up for one another, and days like this remind us just how special this team is💛

Yesterday we came together to celebrate another year of impact, innovation and incredible people.

We kicked things off with our Year in Review presentation, followed by an inspiring input from Mick, who showcased an innovative new intervention shaping the future of our work.

We celebrated the dedication of our team with Long Service Awards presented by Gail from our Board, and our CEO Danny honoured those who go the extra mile with the Volunteer Recognition Award.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a Start360 Christmas Conference without some fun! 🎅 Our Christmas Quiz and festive competition brought plenty of laughs and friendly rivalry to round off the day.

A huge thank you to every member of the Start360 family - your passion, commitment and energy make all the difference 💛✨

It can happen through messages, comments, hacked accounts, constant monitoring, threats, or pressure disguised as “concern.”

It’s intimidation, humiliation, manipulation… all delivered through a screen.

If you’ve experienced this, you’re not alone. And if it’s new to you - here’s why we all need to pay attention.

Every woman deserves safety, online and offline.

Everyone has a role in ending violence against women and girls.

It starts with recognising it and calling it out.

This Addiction Awareness Week, we’re shining a light on the reality of addiction and support.

At Start360, we know addiction doesn’t define a person. Behind every statistic is a story, a family, a journey.

Our teams across Northern Ireland walk alongside individuals every day, offering harm reduction, recovery support, mental health interventions, and a safe space to rebuild.

Addiction is complex. Recovery is possible.

And no one should face it alone.

As part of our Futures programme, supporting individuals with their employability, we set ourselves a challenge. The team wanted to give back to others, and to do this, we spent time with the fantastic Show Some Love!

Show Some Love is a Belfast charity creating real change through creativity, compassion and community. Based in their city centre hub Green House, they collect and redistribute toiletries, underwear, clothes and essentials to people who need them most: no fuss, no barriers, just love.

Their work includes:
✨ The Free Store - a welcoming, shop-style space where everything is free.
✨ Love Packs - bespoke hygiene & essentials packs tailored with dignity and care.
✨ Reclaimed Fashion - upcycling textiles into unique pieces and saving tonnes of waste from landfill.
✨ A vibrant creative community - offering shared studios, events and space for artists, makers & activists.

Show Some Love blends activism, sustainability and creativity: proving that small actions, done with heart, can transform a city.

Our team were delighted to volunteer for the morning, working towards a shared goal. Collaboration like this is vital to ensuring organisations are able to create a real difference, together.

This was our first time visiting Show Some Love, and it certainly won't be our last.. so watch this space! 👇🤩

Today, the Support Hub partnership comes together to say a massive THANK YOU to National Lottery players and the Community Fund for helping make the support we provide possible.

Support Hub is all about creating a clear, compassionate pathway to recovery and reintegration: promoting mental and physical wellbeing, building community connections and offering people the chance to learn, grow and develop new skills.

Because of the Community Fund, people across our communities get access to a safe space, a supportive team, and opportunities that make real, lasting change💛
