In just 8 working days, 11,000 people will lose support annually and 400 staff face the prospect of unemployment.

Yesterday we stood at Belfast City Hall with Mencap in Northern Ireland, NICVA, Clanrye Group, AdaptNI, Action Mental Health & NIUSE to raise awareness of the detrimental effects of this funding cliff edge, urging people to sign our petition and speak to their local representatives.
We are calling on the NI Executive to help us and protect vital services in NI. Tag your local MLA and MPs to help us and others across our communities

Today we travelled to Croke Park for the AONTAS Star awards with the AD:EPT and The change programme. We were proud to be shortlisted in two categories. To top of the day our Change programme was shortlisted to the top 6 out of 124 across the island of Ireland as a shooting star award finalist which was a surprise that finished of a great day

Neurodivergence & Substance Use:
The Overlooked Connection Emerging data from Northern Ireland shows that over 60% of young people in substance use treatment are neurodivergent. This group faces much higher rates of co-occurring mental health issues and substance use, often using substances to cope with sensory overload or emotional regulation challenges. Recognising these links is vital for creating effective, person-centred support. At Start360, we are dedicated to supporting neurodivergent young people across Northern Ireland, ensuring their unique needs are met and their voices are heard.
