The Cross Country season continued yesterday at the annual Comber Cup, staged at the Billy Neill playing fields in Dundonald, well done to Hannah who came home first in the Ladies race🥇in the Men's race Brandon, finished a solid 4th and helped Annadale to the Team Trophy🏆
The Masters races incorporated a trial for the British & Irish Masters Championships, congratulations to Kieran & Robert who both gained selection in their respective categories for next month's event in Leeds.
Meanwhile in the Chicago Marathon🇺🇸Karen Wilton, ran well to record another Sub 3.30 🥇

In what was a very busy weekend of running action, there was some impressive performances, I had 20 clients running in yesterday morning's Belfast City Half Marathon, stand out performance was from Hazel, who knocked 32 seconds off her Personal Best, going sub 1.25 for the first time🏅
Meanwhile in Berlin, high temperatures put paid to any personal bests, but both Paul & Dan, ran sensibly and completed the course🏅🏅
The Cross Country season also kicked off yesterday, in Armagh, with Brandon achieving a podium position, Caleb Lewis also had a very solid run in the U18 race.
