Congratulations to Business Services Organisation (BSO) Communications and Engagement Team and colleagues in Information Technology Services (ITS) Human Resources (HR), who are finalists in the Northern Ireland Social Media Awards.

The teams submitted an entry for a social media campaign they designed and implemented that has made a significant difference in helping BSO to recruit IT professionals in the Health Service.

We are pleased to see that our colleagues in South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust and Patient and Client Council Northern Ireland are also shortlisted. We wish them the very best for the work they do and how they make a difference across HSC.

Well done everyone and the best of luck on the night.

It was fantastic to see the Health Minister and members of the Health Committee at Stormont promoting the My Care app.

During the event, MLAs signed up for a My Care account, joining over 200,000 users who are already benefiting from the platform.

Visit My Care – DHCNI https://dhcni.hscni.net/digital-portfolio/encompass/my-care/ for more information. If you would like more information about My Care, please contact the Helpdesk on mycarehelpdesk@hscni.net or call 028 9536 8180

Without the encompass programme the benefits of the MyCare App for patients cannot be realised.
