2️⃣ Big shoutout to our PT Brett Lilley and his team for winning the CrossFit Championships in Marbella - out of 70 teams! 🏆🔥

💜 From surviving to thriving.

In 2022, Natalie was diagnosed with Functional Nuerological Disorder and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Life became incredibly difficult.

But this year, something clicked.

A fire lit inside her and step by step Natalie has been rebuilding her strength, hope, and independence.

With the support of , Natalie has found a safe place to heal, move, and grow. No longer just existing - but thriving again.

✨ “To wake up and feel hope again is not something I take for granted”

We’re so proud to celebrate Natalie’s journey, and we know she’ll keep inspiring everyone around her.

We are going to do a Cavehill Sunrise walk on Saturday 22nd of February.

We plan to meet around 6:45am on Upper Cavehill Road entrance (ask office for details) to walk over the back way which is around 35-40mins, give or take.

Predicted sunrise will be around 7:30am on that date currently. Few group photos then back down for a nice coffee. ☕️

Let us know if you are interested and we can add you to the group but all friends, family & pets all welcome.

🎉 Today, we celebrate 6 years since we first opened our doors! 🎉

It hasn’t always been smooth sailing—Covid tested the strength of every gym, including ours, but through every challenge we saw how important health and fitness is to many & the important role it plays for many.

To every member, past and present, Thank you for being part of our journey. Your support, dedication, and energy are what creates such a good atmosphere and community.

Here’s to 6 more years of hard work, progress, and evolving our gym community.

We’re kicking off the week by celebrating the birthday of another valued member of our team!

We’ve watched grow tremendously since he first joined us in our Great Victoria Street gym office team. From there, he became part of the management team at our Stranmillis gym, and now he’s thriving as the incredible coach he is today.

Along the way, we’ve also had the privilege of seeing him grow into a devoted family man.

Happy Birthday, Grant! We love having you as part of the team and appreciate the energy and banter you bring to the gym. Here’s to another amazing year ahead!

We wanted to wish a good luck to .murph.boxing who is fighting at the on Friday evening in a stacked card.

Colm is always working hard in our gym out of the boxing ring with .bia from which he does for all his fights.

Seeing Colm doing his neck drills gave Mike Tyson vibes and we are more than confident he will get another W on his books.

We have had a lot of new faces join the gym recently & we thought it would be a good idea to highlight some other advantages of the services available in our gym community outside of our own brilliant in house team.

We are fortunate to have firstly the dynamic duo of .bia & .bia of who are the go to guys for athletes from boxing to GAA and all sports in between that are looking to get that extra % in the their sporting discipline through their extensive knowledge in S&C & more.

We also are privileged to have Stephen of who is a prominent figure within the running world and has worked with some of the biggest names in Ireland and beyond and has huge experience working with top athletes and those also who enjoy running or looking to rehab after an injury or step up their game & more.
