My name is Kirsty McBride I’m 24 years old and I’m from Northern Ireland & i started this page in 2019. My reason for this page is because I for one struggle with poor mental health & I believe that everyone no matter where you come from, no matter what you’ve been through you have PURPOSE! You deserve to be loved and to love yourself. On this page I post quotes daily in the hope that it helps at least one person or at least gives someone a little bit of encouragement.

“Together, Everyone, Achieves, More” and if we all worked together as a team then I believe we could break down the stigma around mental health, IT IS OKAY TO TALK.

You have purpose, you have worth & you deserve happiness. Through these daily quotes I just want to help and encourage people and hope that you can pass it forward and do the same.
