Usually the odd shout out for vouchers or merry Christmas or happy business birthday etc...

But this ones important!

I'm braving the shave in aid of cancer research!!

I've lost loved ones to cancer, and I'm grateful to the research already done that has saved friends and family...

But one of my besties is going through it right now... And I want to do something tangible to support!

It's my 12th birthday.... Well.... Technically it was yesterday but a special lil' niece turned 7 so I was quite distracted by cake and ice cream!

I know I don't post much.... Realistically I don't want to spam your feed talking marketing keek and I'm lucky enough to be busy enough to not need to!

But today is a landmark and I'm gonna shout it!

12 YEARS!!!!.......

Thankyou to all my clients who put their trust in me and then send their loved ones too... Your recommendations mean a lot! So when I have a new consultation and they say "yeah my mate Craig saw you 5 years ago and said you were brilliant"... I am legit doing a wee dance in my head!

So big thankyou to everyone who makes this possible, and here's to another generation of ReJeneration 😎

ReJenerate is 11 years old today!

11 years of you guys trusting me with yourselves, your friends and your families! It's always very humbling to see people come back after years of pain free life for me to fix the latest ni**le! I love catching up with you and your latest gossip.... I love knowing you're going to get back to sport quicker, sleep better, be more comfortable at work, headache free.... Because of something I did that session...

There really is no better feeling....

I don't post much.. I don't advertise really... Because I'm blessed to be busy without it! But I'm always here ready to give a helping hand (literally) and a sounding board for your injury worries and biomechanical boggles!

So here's to more years at the ReJeneration Station!

Initial consultation with the first treatment *included* in the session, is a one off payment of just £40, however after that it's just £25 per half hour!

You can purchase a voucher to the value of your choice!

Bought 5 sessions but I sorted you in 3?.... Don't worry! I'll transfer the remaining value to a new voucher you can give to someone else...

Today is a very special day for me here at ReJenerate....

- My 10th business birthday...

Never thought I'd be here this long to be fair... But I'm very privileged to still be working away!

It's not every day you get your hands on some champions.... 👐💪🏆

The last few weeks I've had the absolute privilege to work on some of Northern Irelands finest boxers as they prepare for the Commonwealth games in a few weeks time!
.... Of course I got a cheeky photo!

Today's boxers in photos were Aidan and Michaela Walsh and Eireann Nugent.... And yes.... That IS an Olympic Bronze... 👀

The very best of luck to all the Commonwealth boxers I've seen the last few weeks! It's been an incredible experience!
