Hello πŸ‘‹

I thought I should introduce myself and the Women's Health Hub properly!

I'm Sibley, and I've lived I'm Northern Ireland for the past 8 years. I'm originally from Leeds. Apologies for the photo - that is indeed me, in my car, in a parking lot.. no filters here πŸ˜…

Like many women, I've had a hell of time navigating female health issues, including PCOS and suspected endometriosis, and underwent a round of egg freezing last year.

Throughout my time living here, I've noticed a couple of things:
1) Education around women's health is LACKING. Many women feel in the dark and often don't know what's normal.
2) Women don't talk a lot about their health. They put off going to the doctor, and it's often only when things get really bad that they talk to a friend or family member.

So, where does the Women's Health Hub fit in all this? It's our goal to make education around women's health more accessible, and to provide a community where women can meet and support one another.

We'll be running both free and paid events on specialised topics across women's health and wellness, such as the menopause, fertility, hormonal health, postpartum, chronic conditions, nutrition, and so much more.

Help us out - send us a DM or comment what you'd like to learn more about so we can create the best events for you ❀️
