Great conversations, new faces, and genuine connections. We really enjoyed chatting with people we’d never met before and expanding our network in such a unique setting. 💫

🔶 Farm Safety Week 2025 – Let’s Make Every Farm in Northern Ireland a Safer Place to Work and Live 🔶

This week marks Farm Safety Week, a vital campaign reminding us that behind every farm gate is a family, a livelihood, and a community.

Farming remains one of the most dangerous industries in Northern Ireland. Tragically, too many lives are still lost or forever changed due to accidents that are often preventable. Whether it’s working with machinery, handling livestock, or managing fatigue—every decision counts.

Let’s focus on the four key pillars of farm safety this week:
🤔 Stop and think – Pause before a task. Is it safe?
🚜 Machinery matters – Maintain and operate equipment properly.
❤️ Mind your mental health – Farming can be isolating; talk, share, connect.
👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Lead by example – Younger generations are watching.

We all have a part to play. Whether you're a farmer, a supplier, a policymaker, or simply part of the rural community—let's work together to reduce harm on our farms.

📍In Northern Ireland, support is available through the Farm Safety Foundation (Yellow Wellies), Farm Safety Partnership and organisations like HSENI.

We are running our next First aid at Work course on the 6th, 7th & 8th August. It’s a chance to build practical skills, ask questions, and learn how to stay calm when it matters most. 🩺

We’ll be covering:
• Basic life support & CPR
• How to respond to common injuries

Do you assemble, alter, dismantle, move, inspect, or use aluminium towers in the workplace? If so, our Aluminium Towers Course is essential for you.

✅ Duration: Half-day (Morning Session)

This course is designed to equip candidates with the skills and knowledge needed to work safely when erecting, inspecting, using, moving, and dismantling aluminium towers. Safety is paramount, and understanding correct procedures helps reduce risks and ensures compliance with workplace regulations.
