We breathe mindfully, we move gently , we relax deeply . …..

When you arrive we will ground, I will offer you a reset of your nervous system. We will breathe together and begin to go within. You will taste cacao we will begin to open our hearts. We continue this on the mat with gentle movement and lots of heart opening postures. You then relax deeply and bathe in healing energy, music and sounds. It will be beautiful 🥰💚
